The Flavor
Our signature organic spiced pickled peaches are a complex, aromatic journey through our garden. We start with tree-ripened organic peaches, then slow-stew them in a syrup of raw garden honey and sun-ripened citrus.
The magic happens with the addition of hand-foraged Roasted Wattle Seed—bringing notes of coffee and chocolate—and Geraldton Wax, which adds a bright, herbal citrus lift unique to the Western Australian landscape. Finished with warming cloves and cinnamon, these peaches are rich, spiced, and deeply satisfying.
The Process
Every ingredient in this jar (besides the traditional spices) was grown, foraged, and processed by hand on our 880m² Urban Farm.
